Elphinstone Halls is a joint venture company with the Bank of Scotland capitalised at £15 million.  Established to develop and invest in quality Student Accommodation throughout the UK.

Elphinstone's involvement in the various projects has covered land acquisition, consultant appointments, contractor's appointment and Project Management to produce high quality accommodation, delivered within budget and on time.
