GREENLAW PARK

Greenlaw Park is a 30 acre business park being developed on a greenfield site earmarked for high quality office development and will offer considerable advantages in terms of excellent road and public transport connections, quality of the surrounding environment and proximity to a highly educated potential workforce in the surrounding residential area.

Greenlaw Park Ltd is a Joint Venture between Elphinstone and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Greenlaw Park is prominently located immediately to the east of junction 4 of the M77, approximately 7 miles southwest of Glasgow city centre, as shown on the accompanying location plan. Good public transport facilities are available, with Patterton railway station on the Glasgow to Neilston line close by.

Greenlaw, along with other landowners, is promoting an integrated development over 119 acres of land at Newton Mearns for a mix of residential, commercial, business and educational purposes.  Within these overall development proposals, Greenlaw Park is intended as the landmark development of a high quality business park maximising the potential of the 30 acre site and its locational benefits.  The park has a potential capacity for up to c.570,000 sq ft of offices and proposals are currently being progressed for a Phase 1 development comprising two 3 storey office buildings totalling 70,000 sq ft.

5 acres of the business park area have been designated as a site for a four star hotel which will offer conference and leisure facilities. This hotel will complement the facilities offered by the popular “Osprey” family pub which is immediately adjacent.
