Turnkey project involving the provision of 386 bedspaces consisting of 5 bedroom flats all with en-suite with shared dining/ kitchen/ lounge.  Built in 4 storeys over 11 blocks with associated bin stores, bike sheds, parking, landscaping and including a fully furnished.

A further 4 storey block containing 20 visitor bedrooms to the same specification and design as Phase 1 plus wardens flat, a whole floor of guest rooms, communal laundry, office and common room facilities on the ground floor.

This property was acquired by Elphinstone Halls in February 2001 and forms part of the Crown Street Regeneration Project on the south of the River Clyde.  Comprising 206 bedrooms split mainly into 6 bedspace flats with en-suite facilities and shared kitchen/ dining/ lounge, built in a 4 storey curved terrace.   A warden's office and laundry together with associated parking, bin stores and landscaping complete this development.

This project was undertaken as a joint venture with Dawn Group Ltd and the development is on a long term lease to Glasgow College of Nautical studies.
